Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, please specify the new item you would like in your return form. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Return Process

  1. Email Us: Email jessica@smallbatchgarden.com to initiate your return.  Please do not send items until we've talked with you.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you are returning along with the completed return form.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided on the return form. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items marked as final sale

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

8. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for processing.
