A short while ago, we shared that we would be closing our online shop on June 2. It was a difficult choice, made after a long period of reflecting on the future of our business.
However, since making that announcement, the response from all of you has completely overwhelmed us. Reading your emails, hearing how our remedies have been a part of your daily routines, and seeing the support from this community caused us to stop and deeply reconsider.
We realized that we aren't ready to walk away from this work, and we don't want to close this chapter just yet. After a lot of honest conversation behind the scenes, we have decided to keep Small Batch Garden open.
Moving Forward
While our virtual doors are staying open past June 2, this transition has given us a chance to refocus. Moving forward, we are going to make a few intentional changes to ensure our business remains sustainable for the long haul:
Slower, Intentional Production: We will be focusing strictly on what we do best: handcrafting high-quality, small-batch herbal remedies without rushing the process.
Streamlined Offerings: Over the coming months, we will be focusing on our core products to ensure we can keep our shelves stocked reliably.
Open Without Interruption: You do not need to worry about the June 2 deadline. Our website will remain fully active, and we are open for orders as usual.
